Norman has over 20 years of experience in the Finance Industry, He was instrumental in the Third party channel pre GFC in 2009 in Australia. Norman helped fund and start some of the biggest Franchises in the Third Party Channel in Australia, known today as RAMS home loans. Norman has also sat on many of the industry leading Board’s in the Finance Industry. He has built Trail books of over 500 Million dollars twice throughout his career and sold off more than 200 million dollars in Trail Books throughout his career, Norman is very highly respected in the Finance industry and maintains key relationships with some of the most influential people in the Finance Industry today. Norman has had experience in Mortgage Broking, Mortgage Management, Third Party Aggregation and Property.

Our Credit team has over 15 years of Credit experienced combined. Our team members have worked in Large corporations and across a lot of the Major Banks of Australia such as National Australia Bank. The team has also been exposed to and completed various training modules throughout different Non Bank Lenders. We have invested heavily in our Credit team to ensure we have one of the highest Application to settlement conversion rates in the Finance Industry (95%). The Credit team is extremely proffesional, efficient, caring, friendly and strives to succeed the best outcome for our clients.
